Morson Group has scooped not one but two awards at the prestigious Global Recruiter awards, winning Best Recruitment Process Outsourcing Business for RP01 and Best Marketing campaign for our PathFinders series.
Established in 2002, formerly known as Recruitment Consultant Magazine, the Global Recruiter prides itself on providing news and features for all involved in the business of recruitment from around the world. The awards allow the Global Recruiter to give the recruitment industry the celebration it deserves and to honour those leading lights who have shown the best the recruitment industry has to offer.
Best Marketing Campaign
For Best Marketing Campaign the judges were looking for originality, clear targeting to reach a desired audience, and measurable impact and success. Morson Group earned the judges’ praise by being relatable and imaginative with our PathFinders video and podcast series.
This campaign highlighted how careers are ‘squiggly’ rather than straight-forward. It included some great storytelling across media, well executed, refreshing and inspiring.
PathFinders is an original series spotlighting a diverse range of role models from a variety of backgrounds. The series demonstrates to our candidates the possibilities of the, often-non-linear, career paths people have taken.
Some of our recent guests have included TV’s Rachel Riley, Miss England and STEM ambassador Jessica Gagen, Morson-sponsored British Boxer of the Year Natasha Jonas, and CEO of recruitment software Paiger, Darren Westall.
