Join our client’s Domestic Sales & Service Team in Warrington
Location: Allday House, Warrington Road, Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 6GR
Salary: £24,500 (prorated) + bonus OTE £400 per month
Contract: 6-month opportunity
Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm, either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm), plus 2 Saturday mornings in 4 weeks (with a half day off in lieu)
Our client, a leading provider in the energy sector, is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their Domestic Sales & Service team at their Warrington HQ. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
What will you be doing?
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels (calls, emails, web chat).
- Maximising sales opportunities and negotiating competitive prices.
- Cross-selling relevant products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with the domestic customer base.
- Managing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Previous contact centre experience is desirable.
- A proven track record in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to manage customer interactions with empathy.
- Self-confidence, time management, and a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to handle customer objections assertively while maintaining a positive rapport.
