Customer Service Advisor

Location: Derby

 Rate: £13 per hour
Contract: 3–4 Months

Start date: Immediate

We’re on the lookout for friendly and reliable Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Derby on a short-term contract (3–4 months).

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to incoming phone calls and text messages
• Following the customer journey and keeping them fully up to date
• Liaising with the scheduling team to ensure all customer needs are met
• Ensuring excellent communication and a positive customer experience at every touchpoint

What we’re looking for:

• Great communicator with a warm, professional manner
• Comfortable handling calls and texts with confidence
• Organised, proactive, and a team player
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not essential

Requirements

• GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
• Must live in a commutable distance of DE21
