Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Location: Castleford Office
Contract: Until March 2025 with opportunity to go permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (either 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm, 1 in 4 Saturday’s)
Salary: £24,500 pro rata + Bonus, OTE £400 per month (uncapped).

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join the Domestic Sales & Service team at our client’s Castleford office. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop their customer service and sales skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer communications (calls, emails, web-chat, etc.), putting the customer first in all interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with domestic customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Negotiate sales prices and cross-sell relevant products and services to maximize sales opportunities (all inbound calls, no outbound calling).
• Stay compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Manage customer needs and queries with empathy and professionalism, while offering additional products to enhance their experience.
• Support with email management and web chat as needed.

Requirements:
• Experience in a contact centre or office environment is desirable
• Experience in upselling, cross selling or working towards targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of self-motivation and time management
• Resilience, persistence, and the ability to handle objections effectively
• Target-driven with the ability to build rapport and handle interactions with empathy
