Our client SP Energy Networks are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join the team based in Prenton, Birkenhead.
This would a hybrid role with 3 days a week required in the office.
Purpose
To provide business support in all activities relating to Energy Networks, Licence Programmes
Responsibilities
- Contribute as an effective LCT clerical team member..
- Operation of various IT systems
- Support delivery of customer and regulatory commitments.
- Ensure all customer contacts that are received by the business are dealt with in accordance with the relevant processes.
- Provide administration support within all areas of the business.
- Provide support to other team members as required to deliver section objectives.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of your operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility.
- Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on issues as they arise.
- Use innovative IT solutions and best practices to increase efficiency.
- Administer the impact of change of regulatory issues on the business.
- Provide financial awareness on activities performed.
- Participate in the development / improvement of processes and procedures within Licence Programmes.
Skills and Requirements
- Working knowledge of network and business data management and management reporting systems.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team
- Excellent telephony skills
- Developed customer service skills
