Job Title: Projects Director
Overview:
The Projects Director plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic objectives through effective leadership and oversight of a national portfolio of projects for a key client. This position involves managing a multidisciplinary team comprising Operations Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors, and Subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop project delivery teams to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations.
Ensure all projects are commercially managed to protect and enhance departmental profitability.
Oversee fit-out works within a retail environment, while also supporting wider project delivery requirements across the client account and broader Integral business.
Serve as the senior operational lead for your account, managing internal team members, external stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
Drive client engagement and maintain strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
Set and execute strategic goals with a continuous focus on innovation, efficiency, and improvement in delivery methods, timescales, and processes.
Promote and uphold company processes, standards, and values across all projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within a national account or overseeing large teams.
A strong background in project delivery, preferably in fit-out or similar environments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and teams simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
