Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a background in facilities management? As an Estates Assistant, you’ll be a key member of our Estates team, responsible for delivering essential services and supporting core business operations across our various sites. Reporting to the Estates Manager, you’ll coordinate day-to-day activities, manage building operations, and lead Estates projects to ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient working environment.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing our Filton site and other locations, overseeing everything from space management and building maintenance to contractor coordination and compliance with health and safety standards. As a critical part of our team, you’ll also focus on sustainability initiatives, emergency planning, and continuous improvement processes across our estate. If you’re ready to bring your expertise in facilities and project management to a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
