Technical Training Administrator

Our client, Scottish Power based in Cumbernauld are currently recruiting a Support Administrator for their technical training team on a long term contract, initially 12 months but likley to be extended.

Range of admin tasks including scheduling of training courses, rescheduling of delegates, room booking.
Multi-task on various-different training schedules
Work together closely as a team and with colleagues in the wider HR department
Work as a team to take ownership of queries and all assigned activity, manage expectations in line with agreed principles and processes and strive to provide fast, efficient and accurate service to customers.
Maintain a positive attitude, professionalism and use positive language when interacting with customers by email or over the telephone

Skills
Confident with Excel / producing spread sheets etc
Admin experience in a busy operational environment
Have some experience in event management, booking/uploading, cancellations, and rescheduling and closing down
Have excellent customer service, produce good quality of work, closing the loop, acting on feedback, taking ownership of tasks and able to demonstrate flexibility
Able to work within agreed processes and timelines, taking ownership for issues and escalating where appropriate, acting on customer feedback
