Customer Service Planning Advisor – Raynesway
3-Month Contract £13.32 per hour Full-time, Start ASAP
Hours: 8am–5pm (either 8-4 or 9-5) Monday to Friday

Are you looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We’re currently recruiting three Customer Service Planning Advisors to join the Severn Trent team based in Raynesway, Derby.

Key Details:

  • Minimum 3-month contract with the potential to apply for permanent roles
  • Fully on-site position
  • Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (choose the rota that suits you – no shift work or weekends)
  • Pay rate: £13.32 per hour (no overtime rates)
  • Start date: ASAP (ideally all on the same day, but some flexibility is possible)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the planning and scheduling of customer service activities
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Using internal systems to manage appointments, records and communication
  • Providing an excellent standard of customer care at every step

Who we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service, planning, or admin role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to commit to the full contract duration and work fully on-site
